• Transaction & Billing Data: Transaction references, currency amount, purchased subscription plans, top-up logs, and escrow disbursements. Note: Sensitive credit card information is processed directly by our authorized Merchant of Record (Paddle) and is never stored on our platform servers.
• Communication & Support Logs: Direct order chat messages with fabricator labs, dispute arbitration evidence, support inquiries, and customer feedback.
• Technical & Device Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, WebGL capabilities, device identifiers, and session timestamps.

3. How We Use Your Information

We utilize the collected data strictly for lawful operational and engineering purposes:

• To generate, render, slice, and optimize 3D geometric meshes based on your uploaded inputs.
• To facilitate secure escrow transactions between clients and verified fabrication partner labs.
• To deliver digital download links (.GLB mesh files) and track physical courier delivery milestones across Morocco.
• To authenticate your identity, prevent fraud, enforce daily free usage quotas, and manage subscription limits.

• Legal Requirements: When compelled by applicable law, court order, or official regulatory authority.

We employ rigorous security standards including TLS 1.3 / HTTPS encryption in transit, strict HTTP security headers (HSTS, nosniff, SAMEORIGIN, XSS-Protection), sanitized file whitelist validation, and IDOR access control layers. Data is hosted in high-security, ISO 27001 certified data centers.
